  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule a booking if unforeseen circumstances arise.

  • To secure your booking, a deposit may be required. Deposits are typically non-refundable if a cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled service.

3. Payments

  • Full payment is required upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

  • Late or failed payments may result in additional charges and interest.

  • All prices quoted include labour, loading, and disposal fees unless stated otherwise.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment may result in a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed within 7 working days.

    • Fragile or unboxed items not packed by our team

    • Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events

  • We maintain full public liability coverage for all operations.

6. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure a smooth and timely service, customers must:

  • Provide accurate information regarding access, parking, and the volume of items.

  • Obtain any required permits for parking or property access.

  • Ensure that the property is ready for clearance or removal on the agreed date and time.

  • Notify our team of any hazardous, prohibited, or unusually heavy items in advance.

  • All recyclable and reusable materials are processed responsibly.

  • We do not handle or dispose of hazardous waste, asbestos, or medical waste.
